The Band Stand is no where near the oldest structure in Alameda, particularly considering it was built as part of the development when all the other homes on Park Ave. were built. It’s one a hundreds od buildings from the late 1800s. And until a few years ago is was a one story bathroom, no Victorian details, not bandstand, just toilets.
